Convention is a professional workshop and networking event. Collegiate - Business professional attire is highly recommended. Pro - Business casual is welcome.

You will need to check with your specific hotel. Most will have wifi available to guests who are members of their loyalty programs. It is free to join. If a company sponsors the wifi in the convention, then it will be available to attendees.

Through the mobile app (that we will publish before the conference), you will be able to register for specific sessions to your own liking.

While there is not a waiver needed for the convention, there may be waivers associated with tours.

  • Get the best rates, close to the convention center!
SASE works very hard to secure the best hotel rates possible for our attendees. Some rates are negotiated years in advance. In order to secure these rates, SASE has to guarantee a large number of rooms at the hotels. Meaning if our rooms go unused SASE will pay for them. Also, the more rooms we use, cities will sometimes subsidize our convention center rental or other costs which aids in keeping NC tickets below industry standard pricing. This is why we ask attendees and especially chapters receiving SASE funding to stay at the convention hotels. Not only does it support SASE this year, but helps with negotiations in the future.
