2026 SASE EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

SASE hopes everyone who registers for SASE Event(s) will be able to attend; however, SASE knows extenuating circumstances do occur.  The SASE Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents SASE from continuing with a conference, convention, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to: inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, presenter absence or on guidance of a health/safety organization.

SASE STEM Connect SC2026 will take place at the Seattle Convention Center.

705 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101

Hotel information will be released soon. Please check back later this summer for updates and booking details.

Get the best rates and close to the convention center!

SASE works very hard to secure the best hotel rates possible for our attendees. Some rates are negotiated years in advance. In order to secure these rates, SASE has to guarantee a large number of rooms at the hotels. Meaning if our rooms go unused SASE will pay for them.

Additionally, the more rooms we use, cities can subsidize our convention center rental or other costs which aids in keeping NC tickets below industry standard pricing. This is why we ask attendees and especially chapters receiving SASE funding to stay at the convention hotels. Not only does it support SASE this year, but helps with negotiations in the future.

Conference activities will begin Thursday, October 1st at 4 PM EST with the general session beginning at 6 PM EST.

All attendees can use a photo ID to pick up their badge at registration. The hours for the Registration are available on the conference app. Attendees will be able to pick up their badges at the Seattle Convention Center.

*Pro will have an additional Badge pick up at the Seattle Convention Center on Wednesday night.
